Explore the many technologies that we employ in our clinic. These technologies work together to allow us to create a digital workflow. In this workflow, 3D data of the jaw bone is captured by cbCT. Then 3D data of your teeth and gums are captured with a digital impression. We use this data to plan the ideal position of your future crown and base the position of the implant to this predetermined, ideal position of the final tooth. This digital planning also allows us to predict whether additional procedures such as bone or gum grafts are required to ensure the best possible outcome.
cbCT allows us to capture a 3D xray of the bones of your jaw so we can accurately plan the exact position of the implant.
Intraoral scanning allows us to accurately capture not only the shape and position of the teeth and gums (and also the site for the implant crown), but also the colouration and subtle details of the dentition to ensure a beautiful, natural result.
We combine the data that was previously acquired to create a virtual plan using digital planning software.
Once we know the ideal placement of the implants we can design a positioning guide which can be 3D printed in house
Both final and immediate single crowns can be fabricated in-house with our Straumann C Series Mill
